Help
The useful answers, without pretending the product works differently than it does.
Getting started
Sign up with your email. We send a private sign in link to that address, and the link works once.
On your first visit, name the brand and confirm its timezone. The timezone controls how scheduled times appear and when posts go out.
Then connect the first channel from the dashboard. The free plan includes 2 connected channels, with the composer, calendar, and analytics included.
Connecting channels
Choose Connect an account, pick the platform, and finish the platform's permission screen. We only receive the access needed to publish and read the account data shown in EverLoud.
- Healthy means the connection is ready to use.
- Expiring soon means the connection still works, but will need attention.
- Needs reconnect means publishing to that account is blocked until permission is renewed.
To reconnect, use the reconnect button on a failed post, or choose Connect an account and select that platform again. Complete the permission screen all the way through.
Composing and publishing
Write the main post once, choose the connected accounts, then open each channel preview. You can keep the shared version or give a channel its own text and settings.
Before this can go out is a real checklist, not a suggestion. It names anything that would block publishing, such as missing content, media rules, an unhealthy account, or an invalid time.
Publish now approves the post for the next publishing run. Schedule holds it until the future time you choose in the workspace timezone.
Approvals
Nothing publishes without approval. For a post you make in the composer, the final Publish now or Schedule action is the approval.
Drafts made by imports or the planning engine wait in Review. They stay drafts until someone approves them.
If you change the content, channel text, media, or targets on an approved post, it goes back to draft on purpose. The changed version needs a fresh approval before it can publish.
The calendar
On a larger screen, drag a draft or scheduled post onto another day to reschedule it. A draft stays a draft after you move it, so the approval gate still holds.
Unscheduled drafts wait in the drafts tray beside the calendar. Drop one onto a day when you are ready to give it a slot.
On a phone, tap a date in month view to open that day's agenda. Open a post for its details, or use the add button to compose for that date.
Link in Bio
Link in Bio gives the brand a public page at https://everloud.link/your-handle. Add the title, image, short bio, links, and color theme that belong to the brand.
Each link shows its all time click count and its click count for the last seven days. Links can be reordered, hidden, or brought back without rebuilding the page.
The Share card includes the public address and a QR code. Download the QR as a PNG for print, packaging, signs, or anywhere a camera is quicker than typing.
Importing and exporting
Import accepts a CSV from a spreadsheet or another tool. Every imported post is created as a draft, even if the file says it was approved or published.
Review the imported content, matched channels, dates, and any skipped rows before approving anything. The import result tells you plainly what it created and what it could not use.
Download everything creates one JSON export with the workspace content and history. Vendor references, access tokens, and other secrets are left out. Signed media links inside the export work for 24 hours.
When something fails
We say when a post failed, which channel failed, and the reason we received. A partial publish means at least one channel succeeded and at least one did not.
Retry puts the failed work back into the queue with the same safety key. It does not create a second copy of a post that already went live.
Publishing can be paused without deleting the queue. While a workspace is paused, scheduled posts stay put and the existing content remains readable. Contact us if you need the whole workspace put on hold.
